• The Advocacy service Older Persons Advocacy Network (OPAN) helps older people to access services and address issues related to Commonwealth funded aged care.
• Visit the Cancer Council Support services website where they offer multilingual resources such as booklets, factsheets and videos in several community languages.
• You can contact the Palliative Care Australia group in your state or territory for local support with palliative care.

Cultural and linguistically diverse people

• If you require translation services, the Australian Government provide a national translating and interpreting service (TIS National) for people who do not speak English. This is an immediate phone interpreting service, a pre-booked service or on-site service. This is available 24 hours a day, every day of the year for the cost of a local call. Call: 131450
