Inclusive care considers all of your diversity and what is important to you. If care is not inclusive you may feel unwelcome or unsupported.
When your diverse background brings together multiple barriers to care this is referred to as ‘intersectionality’. This can make accessing the care you need even harder. You can find out more about inclusive practice and intersectionality in this section.
