How we increase the reach of palliative care through collaboration

Through collaboration, CareSearch works with others to provide support for palliative care without the need to duplicate infrastructure or compromise product development due to cost and resource constraints. This activity is often underpinned by the CareSearch model to inform product development through use of evidence, and/or enabled through technical functionality including web hosting via CareSearch. Other times it is through advisory group membership or informal meetings to share knowledge and expertise, or through use of our communication channels to raise awareness.

Effective networks between providers of palliative care services and support can simplify access and increase awareness. It also optimises use of available resources.

Project Partners are a particular category of collaboration defined as partnerships where a formal agreement is in place and the evidence base and quality of content aligns with the CareSearch model.
