Community and Health Consumer Survey

How do people find and use online health information, and what are their views on death and dying, palliative care and CareSearch?

CareSearch provides online palliative care information and resources to health professionals and to patients, carers and families as well as providing information for the general community.

We would like to invite you to take our anonymous survey to understand your views on death and dying and find out what you know about palliative care and the CareSearch website. We are also interested in how you find and use online health information. Please note this survey is in English.

This research project has been approved by the Flinders University Social and Behavioural Research Ethics Committee (Project number 7602).

Further information about this survey can be found in the Information Sheet (226kb pdf).
