Other Resources

The Advance Project recognises that nurses working in general practice have the potential to have an important role in advance care planning and palliative care. The Advance Project has identified tools that can be used to initiate advance care planning discussions and screen for supportive care needs that can be used in the general practice setting. These resources are available in the Advance Resources page.

There are a range of other quality resources that can help nurses in general practice further their knowledge and skills in this area.
