Adam Forrest, Pharmacist Manager from Christies Guild Terry White Chemmart, discusses his placement with a palliative care service through the Program of Experience in the Palliative Approach (PEPA) program, and shares some pointers how community pharmacists can help provide quality care for persons undergoing palliative care.
