Evidence-based guidance for care of the older person
palliAGED is the online evidence-based guidance and knowledge resource about palliative care in aged care for use by health professionals and the aged care workforce. This online resource includes:
- The Evidence Centre provides summaries of 37 topics as well as providing short cuts to the published literature
- The Improving Care section provides links to, and information about, evidence-based tools and resources you can use in your practice.
- There is also information on the Australian aged care context.
