Our work is informed and underpinned by authentic sector and community networks, formal partnerships and collaborations, and embedded engagement processes. We have an interdisciplinary activity base bringing together community organisations and consumers, technology and digital providers, health and aged care professionals and services, and academics and researchers.
Transparent quality processes outline our approach to content development. We include codesign activities to ensure relevance and usability of resources. We use a range of engagement processes to seek feedback and to identify emerging needs including incidental data capture through popups, surveys, feedback loops, workshops, consultations and forums, webinars and public events. We are also innovating with systems data analytics and AI to better understanding end-user pathways and barriers when information seeking.
