From The ELDAC Allied Health Toolkit to the Expanded CareSearch Allied Health Hub

The ELDAC Allied Health Toolkit is being consolidated within CareSearch, creating opportunities to reach a broader audience of allied health professionals supporting people with palliative care needs across the lifespan. The Allied Health Toolkit was created to offer practical, evidence-informed tools to support allied health professionals in delivering best practice to enhance palliative care for older Australians at the end of life in aged care settings.
