Clinical Disclaimer
Although we have attempted to ensure the information published on the CareSearch website is as accurate and complete as possible, such information may change from time to time. Practice may also vary according to what is available locally (e.g. particular medications) and the experience and expertise of local health professionals. In addition, the information is necessarily of a general nature, and health professionals should use their best clinical judgement in the way in which it is used. Evaluation informs us whether a program of work has achieved the intended goals. It also highlights strengths and weaknesses of the approaches taken. To enable evaluation of the CareSearch project a program logic approach has been adopted.
Program logic shows the relationship between the resources and activities of a project and the intended changes or outcomes.
The CareSearch model Program logic framework centres on model functionality, content, and promotion leading to increased accessibility and implementation of evidence based knowledge.
