A way for you to work out your needs as a carer

Palliative care includes taking care of Carers. Knowing what help you need can assist others to support you.

As a carer, you will have various needs including - for information and training, for practical or emotional support, or for respite (taking a break). And, these needs can change over time. Identifying your needs  can prompt you to seek relevant information or to reach out to your GP or other health professional for support. The carer needs tools can help you work this out.
