ExcerptCome and be accompanied in looking at and/or experiencing, ways to live with grief, loss, farewells and/or separations. During our lifetime there are always farewells, separations and losses. Most of the time they find us totally unprepared, and the pain, shock, anger, desperation, impotence, disorientation and unanswered questions are difficult for us to accept and express.
Grief is not an illness, but it can make you ill.
In this short workshop, you will get a glimpse and be encouraged to look at creative possibilities to express feelings and to discover some of these ways yourself. You will get an idea how you could help others in similar situations, to discover their own creative possibilities, to give the grief in their life words, forms, colours and tones.
Accepting grief with awareness is a healthy choice for new energy and new beginnings.
