Standard operating procedures

The Palliative Care Clinical Studies Collaborative has developed a series of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for use in palliative care clinical trials. Individuals can request a copy of these SOPs by contacting PaCCSC on (08) 8275 1396.

Clinical Trials Education The National Cancer Institute in the United States has a series on online learning resources relating to cancer trials. Some information is relevant to research processes in palliative care.

The National Institute on Ageing (US) has produced a Clinical Research Study Investigator's Toolbox that details many components of clinical research.

Australian Cancer Trials  is a free information service that displays the latest clinical trials in cancer care, including trials that are currently recruiting new participants
