Specific Populations

Ensuring that everyone in the community has access to good palliative care when they need it is an important goal of palliative care providers.

For some groups within our community, there are genuine barriers to care. The following links go to resources which are provided to assist GPs in meeting the palliative care needs of members of these groups. There are specific CareSearch webpages that have further resources and information about the needs and characteristics of these groups.
