Think about the choices that matter. It may be planning holidays or weddings. It may be just about living as well as possible within the limitations of the illness.
Even when unwell, there is probably still the need to organise or finalise some things. There may be conversations to be undertaken or issues resolved.
When making plans and decisions it is important to let people know what has been decided. This includes not only family and friends but also health professionals.
Sometimes decisions need to be made, even if they are difficult and it seems easier to put them off.
