As inherently palliative care concepts, "bereavement" and "grief" are an integral part of the palliative filter and can not, for technical reasons, be searched in combination with it. You have instead a choice of a maximally sensitive search (retrieves all references on the topic of bereavement or grief) or a specific search (retrieves only references within a palliative care context).
