We invite you to join us in Beautiful Brisbane for the Third National Palliative Care Education Conference, 11-12 February 2010.
To ensure quality end-of-life care, our workforce must be adequately prepared in the principles and practice of palliative care.

This conference will identify future directions for building a palliative care workforce capable of meeting the needs of our communities. Speakers include:

- Rod MacLeod University of Auckland and North Shore Hospice, New Zealand
- Jennifer Tieman Director, Australian Palliative Care Knowledge Network
- Ron Oliver Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Teaching and Learning), Edith Cowan University,
Western Australia
The conference will be held at the Queensland University of Technology, Kelvin Grove Campus, Brisbane. Thursday 11 February will commence at 8am and conclude at 5pm, with drinks optional until 6pm.
Friday 12 February will commence at 8.30am and finish by 3.30pm.
